  1. Put the almonds into a jar & cover with water. Soak the almonds for 18 hours.
  2. Soak the raisins until soft.
  3. Strain the almonds and raisins into a blender and blend with 1 cup of water. Strain, add the rest of water to the liquid and refrigerate.
  4. Save the almond meal for breakfast and top with fruit.

  1. Place 1 tsp of matcha powder in a mug. Add 1 Tbsp of almond milk and, using a bamboo wisk, mix until it makes a paste.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 2 cups of almond milk on the stove until very warm but not simmering (below 85˚C to preserve the antioxidant properties).
  3. Add the almond milk to the mug, along with a tsp of Mexican vanilla and a tsp of local honey. Enjoy.
